Product Introduction

1. TDC-55 and TDSC-55 are two nano-sol-gel bonded castables that can be applied via pumping, allowing rapid baking without the need for curing, significantly shortening the construction cycle. TDC-55 is suitable for hearth casting and taphole repair and maintenance, significantly extending service life. TDSC-55 is recommended for areas requiring high thermal conductivity, such as gaps between the cooling staves and refractory in the blast furnace hearth, as well as the leveling and cooling layers of the furnace bottom.

 

2. TDC-55 is characterized by rapid drying, early strength development, and explosion resistance. Its unique particle size distribution design ensures excellent flowability and pumpability. By incorporating high-performance corundum and SiC, this material offers high refractoriness, excellent resistance to molten iron and slag erosion, good resistance to alkali and CO, superior thermal shock stability, high high-temperature strength, and a high refractoriness under load.

 

3. TDSPT-A55 is a sol-bonded wet spray refractory material with a unique particle size distribution design and high-grade matrix fine powder. This spray coating exhibits good flowability and low expansibility, facilitating material delivery through pipelines. It is widely used for rapid repairs in the blast furnace tuyere and bosh areas.
