Sintered Single-phase Mullite

【Product brand】TD-SM42
【Recommended use】Widely used in high-temperature fields such as ceramics, building materials, and casting. It is the preferred material for producing high-end ceramic products, including honeycomb ceramics, ceramic kiln furniture, precision casting molds, and precision ce
Product Introduction
(1) Sintered Single-phase Mullite is made from high-purity aluminum-silica raw materials sourced from specific mining areas as the primary raw material, supplemented with modifying components. It is processed through multi-stage homogenization, fully automated batching, continuous wet co-grinding, and calcination in a high-temperature tunnel kiln.
(2) The product has low impurity content, well-developed mullite crystals, no cristobalite phase, and a high silica-oxygen glass phase uniformly dispersed within the mullite phase framework, forming a uniform and stable structure.
(3) The product exhibits long-term consistent quality, high whiteness, high hardness, low thermal expansion, excellent thermal shock resistance, and high refractoriness.
