Gongyi Tongda Zhongyuan Refractory Technologies Co., Ltd. Testing Center

The Testing Center of Gongyi Tongda Zhongyuan Refractory Technologies Co., Ltd. was established in 1997 and obtained national laboratory accreditation in 2006, making it one of the few accredited laboratories among domestic refractory enterprises. The Testing Center primarily focuses on the testing of refractory raw materials and refractory products. It conducts 46 physical testing items and chemical testing for five major material categories. The center is equipped with 63 testing instruments, with fixed assets valued at 4 million yuan and testing and office facilities covering an area of 400 square meters. The testing capabilities meet the resource allocation requirements for conducting tests on existing products.
 

The laboratory annually formulates plans for quality control, internal audits, management reviews, inter-laboratory comparisons, proficiency testing, periodic calibration, training, and equipment and standard material management. Additionally, it conducts periodic supervision and inspections of personnel, retains samples for retesting, and achieves the required quality objectives. The laboratory management system operates effectively.
