High Density SiC-Mullite Brick

【Product brand】TD-ZSM
【Recommended use】Cooling Zone of Rotary Kiln
Product Introduction
(1) This product is manufactured using andalusite and silicon carbide as primary raw materials, formed through high-pressure molding and fired at high temperatures.
(2) The inclusion of andalusite significantly enhances the thermal shock resistance of the refractory brick, achieving over 25 cycles, effectively mitigating thermal stress damage caused by severe temperature fluctuations in the cooling zone. The high silicon carbide content further improves resistance to alkali salt erosion, making it particularly suitable for cement kilns involved in co-processing.
(3) The high-density structure of the product enhances its resistance to erosion and wear.
(4) When used in the cooling zone in conjunction with long-life castable materials at the kiln mouth, this refractory brick significantly extends the overall service life of refractory materials in this area, improves kiln operational efficiency, and delivers substantial economic benefits.
