Low Thermal-conductivity Mullite Brick

【Product brand】TD-M55, TD-M45
【Recommended use】Calcining zone & Safety Zone
Product Introduction
(1) The new Low Thermal-conductivity Mullite Brick (TD-M55, TD-M45) is a high-performance mullite product made from homogeneous mullite material as the primary raw material, leveraging the crystalline structure characteristics of mullite. Comparative analysis with ordinary anti-spalling high-alumina bricks and SiC-mullite bricks shows that it has advantages such as low porosity, high thermal shock stability, high refractoriness under load, and good resistance to sulfur and alkali erosion.
(2) The Low Thermal-conductivity Mullite Brick overcomes the structural defects and application risks of composite low thermal-conductivity products, fully capable of replacing SiC-mullite brick products in the market. It is suitable for the decomposition zone and safety zone of cement rotary kilns, reducing cylinder temperature by approximately 50°C and cylinder load by about 5%, with significant energy-saving and consumption-reduction effects.
