Self-flow Castable Specialized for Burner Pipe

【Product brand】SF-20
【Recommended use】Burner Pipe
Product Introduction
The Self-flow Castable Specialized for Burner Pipe SF-20 uses corundum and silicon carbide as primary aggregates to enhance high-temperature performance. By adjusting particle size distribution and incorporating anti-burst fibers and air-entraining agents, exhaust channels are formed to prevent cracking during heating and material feeding.
Adjusting the amount and particle size distribution of silicon carbide improves the castable’s thermal shock resistance and erosion resistance.
The addition of steel fibers reduces damage to the castable during manual cleaning of coke and material buildup at the head.
Corundum and silicon carbide can withstand the excessive thermal load caused by increased rotary kiln production, and their high hardness effectively enhances the wear resistance of the burner pipe castable, extending its service life.
