Product Introduction

This product is developed based on G-16K with the addition of 2% 310# heat-resistant steel fibers. Through optimized proportioning, the material achieves high strength, particularly through the formation of ceramic bonding at high temperatures, enhancing its high-temperature hot-state strength. The excellent high-temperature wear resistance of GF-16K naturally slows the wear rate of clinker, extending the service life.
 

The addition of crescent-shaped heat-resistant steel fibers acts as a toughening agent, absorbing stress, preventing the propagation of micro-cracks, and enhancing the material’s integrity, thereby improving its thermal shock resistance and resistance to structural spalling.
