Product Introduction

(1) The pumping castable is mixed with water and delivered through pipelines using a pumping machine under pressure. The construction process allows strict control of water addition, eliminating the need for excessive water typically required in conventional casting with chutes. Compared to conventional casting, pumping casting can increase product strength by over 50%, reduce water addition by more than 1%, lower the porosity of the castable, significantly enhance its strength, and improve its erosion and abrasion resistance.

(2) The pumping castable can be mixed on the ground and transported over long distances using mechanical pumping, making it suitable for high, narrow working spaces, areas with dense pipelines and supports, and other complex construction sites. This method effectively improves construction quality and efficiency, ensures safety, and reduces labor intensity for workers.
