Product Introduction

Main Performance Characteristics:

(1) Crusting Resistance: The product incorporates inert materials, providing superior resistance to chemical erosion. At high temperatures, a chemical reaction forms a dense, glassy, smooth surface layer, effectively preventing chemical erosion by harmful gases and ensuring excellent crusting resistance.

(2) High Abrasion Resistance: The product has high matrix bonding strength, dense structure, and excellent abrasion resistance, capable of withstanding the scouring of large amounts of raw meal in crust-prone areas such as the kiln tail chamber. This product is suitable for crust-prone areas, including the kiln tail chamber, meal duct, cone of C4-C5 cyclone, and precalciner cone.
