Product Introduction

The product is formulated with high-purity mullite, andalusite, and silicon carbide as primary raw materials, specifically designed to address the harsh thermal environment and damage mechanisms in the ramp area and furnace outlet of dry quenching coke ovens. It offers excellent thermal shock stability, high strength, superior wear and corrosion resistance, strong anti-spalling properties, and low thermal expansion. This makes it particularly suitable for the furnace outlet and ramp area, capable of withstanding significant high-temperature loads and mitigating thermal stress impacts from frequent heat exchanges.
